The 12-million-pixel high-definition AF (auto focus) USB camera module is specifically developed for embedded devices and machine vision projects. It adheres to the UVC (Universal Video Conferencing) standard video protocol, features USB interface output, and offers true plug-and-play functionality without the need for drivers, significantly reducing project development cycles. The module integrates a VCM (Voice Coil Motor) auto-focus motor, which automatically completes focusing based on the shooting distance. Whether capturing documents and tickets at close range or capturing real-life images at a distance, clear imaging can be achieved, addressing the pain point of fixed-focus modules that cannot accommodate both near and far distances. The module comes with a built-in microphone for synchronous audio and video capture. The PCB (Printed Circuit Board) board is pre-drilled with mounting holes, facilitating assembly and integration into complete equipment.

It features a 1/2.55-inch optical format, a resolution of 4000×3000, and 1.4-micron Exmor RS BSI pixel technology. Equipped with a 4.3mm focal length and an F1.8 large aperture lens, it boasts a DFOV (Diagonal Field of View) of 80°. The large aperture enhances light intake, complementing the sensor's inherent low-light sensitivity, ensuring clear images even in indoor low-light environments. Additionally, it supports 2D digital noise reduction, effectively suppressing image noise and maintaining image clarity.

Multi-resolution, dual-format output, with a wide range of frame rate options
Supports two mainstream output formats: M‑JPEG and YUY2. In MJPG mode, it can achieve up to 2592×1944@30fps and 4000×3000@15fps, compatible with multiple commonly used resolutions such as 1080P and 720P. The YUY2 uncompressed format is suitable for machine vision algorithm acquisition. Multiple resolutions and frame rates can be freely switched, balancing high-definition preview and high-speed data transmission, adapting to different bandwidth conditions of the host computer.
